It is always exciting anticipating taking a trip to visit with loved ones or some vacation
destination.  While beginnining a new journey in life may be exciting, on the other hand
it may cause anxiety.  Be encouraged that you are not alone.  Psalm 121:4 Behold, He
who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.  God is always with us.  David declared
in Psalm 23 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life;

I encourage you to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might to provide all that
you will need on this journey of life.

This is the beginning of a New Year.  The old year is behind us. Today marks the
beginning of a new opportunity to make changes in our lives.  If we were not
satisfied with how the old year ended, now is the time to begin a new journey.
Changing directions and methods will lead to different results and destinations.

Sometimes making changes requires finding the strength to do something
different. Many times we are not strong enough to do what is necessary to make
the changes. May I help you with this? Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me".  Ask God to guide you, to show you the
way.  Then trust Him to take you to new and greater heights in your life.

This is the time of the year when so many will give to others.  A time when many will open there hearts
and give.  But should we not wait for the Christmas season to give when there are those that are in need
the rest of the year.  As you share with family, friends and loved ones, think of someone that is outside
or your circle to share with.  If considering a resolution for the new year, consider one of giving to 
someone less fortunate than you.  Be a blessing to someone less fortunate as God has blessed you.

We at Ideal believe that God has been preparing us for a new harvest. This new harvest is the new addition to our church family. We are excited about what God is going to do.  Excited about where God is leading us. Our mission of helping to change lives with the Word of God and the Power of God.  Not just spiritual changes, but tangable changes.  Helping families to become stronger by providing support, being a support system for the families.  Helping  to mentoring our young people. Working with them to achieve their dreams.
